This integration requests Google Calendar read access and permission to create and edit events. It uses those permissions to carry out calendar requests made by its owner through connected Executor clients.
Google authorization credentials and account connection details are stored by the self-hosted Executor instance so that it can refresh access without repeated sign-in. Calendar information is retrieved from Google when calendar tools are used. Tool results can include calendar names, event contents, attendee information, and availability, depending on the request.
Results are returned to the connected client that makes the request. That client may be an AI assistant; calendar information can consequently appear in its chat history. Executor and connected clients may retain tool execution history. Their own configuration and retention controls govern those records. Google continues to store the original calendars and events under the Google account's settings.
The integration does not sell Google user data or use it for advertising. Access is used only to provide the calendar functions described above. The integration's use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
The owner can disconnect an account in Executor and revoke its authorization in Google Account security settings at Google Account permissions. Revocation stops future authorized access; it does not delete calendar events or records already retained by Executor or a connected client. Those records must be managed in the system that retains them. For questions, contact the administrator of the Executor instance through the existing private support channel.
